Unwrapping Architecture at Oxford

The precast concrete and solid bronze elements are now locked in place. The structural silicone around the slick frameless glazing elements are setting, the buttery brickwork matching the existing home is bedding-in.

It can be said that good architecture is the result of the time you spend on it. However, it’s also the result of some critical things that also need to come into alignment. Such as a motivated series of subcontractors that appreciate the level of detail you are trying to achieve. We have been blessed with an incredible team that has extended across the UK and Europe.

Of course, the most significant ingredient of all is a good client that is prepared to listen and take risks. Great work is about pushing boundaries, but as architects, we must never assume that trust should be given, until it is earned.
