Plinth House - In Process
A project that's been evolving in our studio over the past few months.
The main image shows the studio model of the residence and separate Boat House, emerging from a site overlooking the sea in west Wales.
Built Meaning
Various plinth monoliths complete with specific functions: A plunge pool, a barbecue, stepping stones for gathering and seating cascade up from the beach to terminate in the final plinth - a platform for living, vailed under a suspended timber filagree screen.
